fitness is a important development every fighter must seek to improve and make. in our sport, it takes a lot of strength and cardio to really be an effective fighter. armor can feel heavy and exhaust any fighter, and it takes discipline and training to be used to fighting in a heavy helm with breathing restrictions.

We'll train each fighter the realities of fitness and planning a fitness routine based on each fighter's personal goal. it takes a lot of discipline to become a successful fighter in the sport. the worse enemy is one's unwillingness to discipline one's self in being a committed fighter.
